TROYA Oil and Gas Engineering has recently completed P-Tank \/ IV Phase Separator manufacturing. P-Tank is designed to hold significant volumes of sand and also to separate gas\/oil and water.\n\nThe diameter of tank is 2,400 mm, S-S length is 10,000 mm and the total weight with the skid is 30,000 kg. The P-Tank internals consist of perforated plates, weir plate, oil bucket, sand jet system and mist extractor that facilitate and improve phase separation. On the other hand, the vessel lengths are designed to be used for longer retention time for the sand settlement.\n\nThe unit is supplied with complete instrumentation such as relief valves, level and pressure controllers, level gauges, control valves, measuring equipment and safety devices to provide our customers with accurate information. Pneumatic air that is needed in control equipment, can be used from the gas produced by storing it in a gas tube. In case of a maximum level warn in oil level gauge and lack of pneumatic air, a Nitrogen tube can supply the air to open the dump valves.<\/p>

All the mechanical calculations of P-Tank \/ IV Phase Separator, is completed by PV Elite Software and design of skid and piping is completed by SAP 2000 software. P-Tank is built according to ASME VIII Div. 1 (ASME Code Version 2013) and CE (2014\/68\/EU) certified with an inspection of 3rd party company.<\/p>
