As TROYA Natural Gas, Petroleum, and Engineering, we have successfully completed the supply, preliminary functional tests, and installation of well integrity system equipment (ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of gas wells) for 198 wells at a Depleted Gas Reservoir type Underground Natural Gas Storage facility.

General Information About the System:

The main components of this system are:

Surface Safety Valve (SSV)
Subsurface Safety Valve (SSSV)
Wellhead Hydraulic Control Panel (WHCP)
High/Low Pressure Sensor
Flame Sensor (Fusible Plug)

The surface and subsurface safety valves can be controlled via a Control Panel located at a safe distance from the wellhead, using hydraulic pressure to eliminate potential hazardous situations in the wells. The Control Panel continuously monitors the gas pressure in the well through the Pilot Sensor and, in the event of pressure readings above or below the preset thresholds, provides mechanical feedback to the panel, causing the automatic closure of the safety valves in the well. Additionally, the fire sensor located at the wellhead ensures that, in the event of a fire, the safety valves can also be automatically closed via the control panel.

Oil Production Equipment Manufacturing Successfully Completed

TROYA Oil and Gas Engineering has successfully completed the manufacturing of BEU Type Heat Exchanger, III Phase Horizontal Emulsion Breaker Separator, Oil Preheater Tank and commissioning for the heavy oil production field in Sanliurfa.

BEU Type Heat Exchanger:

Inside diameter is 0.9 meters and its length is approximately 6 meters.
The U-Tube bundle is attached to a single tubesheet, allowing the tubes to expand and contract freely under the influence of temperature variations. The BEU exchanger is the preferred design when the temperature difference between tube-side and shell-side fluids is high.
Heat exchanger maintenance can be easily done by disconnect the flange connection and remove the tube bundle.

III Phase Horizontal Heater Treater Separator:

The treater is designed to help effectively remove water and emulsion from crude oil well streams.

The crude oil which is coming from the wellhead enters from the upper part of the separator and falls out around the firebox at the bottom of the equipment. While the gas that may be present in the crude oil is collected in the upper part of the separator, the emulsion’s temperature increased to the desired temperature, to ensure more effective separation around the firebox. While the separated oil collects in the oil section, water accumulates in the bottom of the separator. Separated water and oil are sent to the storage tanks through the piping by dump valves.

Line Heater:

This equipment is used to raise the temperature of the crude oil to the desired levels to ensure more effective separation of the free water in the crude oil from the wellstream.

The burner is fired directly into the firebox. The U-Tube outside is filled with 75% water and 25% anti-corrosion heat transfer fluid. This liquid mixture indirectly transfers heat to the coils.

This product has been developed by utilizing the TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB Support Program (Project No: 3210096). However, all responsibility for the product belongs to Troya Energy Solutions.

We have completed Smokeless Enclosed Ground Flare System manufacturing.

Our enclosed ground flare systems, which differ from conventional flaring in that they don't produce smoke and minimize noise and visible flame, burn waste gases cleanly and effectively. Thus, these units are specially utilized in urban areas where continuous open flaring cannot be tolerable.

The system consists of two main parts, Flare Skid and Control Container. The flare skid consists of combustion section, railings and ladder. The combustion section has an outer diameter of approximately 2.3 meters and a length of 7.25 meters. The approximate total weight of the skid is 20 tons. The inner part of combustion area, where the flame occurs, is completely made of stainless steel material, and the outer body that holds whole body is made of carbon steel material. There is a 100 mm insulation material made of ceramic fiber for thermal insulation between the outer shell and the inner shell.

Features:

High pressure water is used to control smoking.

The temperature, inside the combustion area, is continuously monitored.
The water injection system and the combustion area burning quality are controlled by an automation software from the control container.
Enclosed Ground Flare has 2 waste gas inlet lines, 4” and 3”, to be used according to the gas flow rate.
There is an automatic ignition system which consists of 2 Pilot Sparkling Units and 1 Control Panel.
Propane tubes helping the initial ignition and combustion in the flare; moreover, manual and solenoid valves that control the propane sent to the ground flare.
There are methane and hydrogen sulfide detectors and an alarm panel connected to them to ensure safe operation.

Dikey Emülsiyon Kırıcı İmalatını Tamamladık

TROYA Oil and Gas Engineering has successfully completed manufacturing of a Vertical Emulsion Breaker and commissioning for the oil field in Siverek, Şanlıurfa. Treater helps to effectively remove water and emulsion from crude oil well streams. Flow enters the internal heat exchanger for pre-heating. Preheated crude oil enters the top of the treater into a gas separation section and strikes the inlet diverter to create centrifugal action. This allow gas to separate from the liquid and flow upward through the stainless steel filter to the gas outlet. Oil and water also flow through a downcomer to the base of the treater. Oil and entrained water rise around the firebox, which is heated by burner, to a coalescing section where sufficient retention time is provided to allow the small water particles in the oil continuous phase to coalesce and settle to the bottom. Treated oil flows out from the nozzle, which is located in the upper part of the equipment, with a desired level by using a dump valve. Water is removed from the bottom part of the treater through an externally adjustable water siphon and lever operated dump valve. The vertical emulsion breaker manufactured body has a diameter of 3050 mm and a length of 8500 mm.

Paslanmaz Flare Tip İmalatı ve Montajını Tamamladık

Troya Oil and Gas Engineering has successfully completed Flare tip installation on existed flare stack in Iraq. To replace the damaged flare tip, existing flare stack ( total length: 35 m) was dismantled and lifted down. A new flare tip installation was made by displacing an old flare tip. Functional tests have been completed successfully, performing the required maintenance on pilot ignition systems and sensors. After completing the maintenance and replacement operations, Flare stack was reinstalled and commissioned.

TROYA Oil and Gas Engineering has recently manufactured Self Supported Cold Vent Stack.
Cold Vent Stack is manufactured to discharge gases, which is collected from atmospheric or pressurized process components (releasing during normal operations or abnormal conditions like emergency relief), to the atmosphere from safe locations.
Cold Vent Stack has Liquid Seal. Liquid Seal is used to separate the relief gases and the stack by a layer of liquid. The purge gas is forced to bubble through a layer of water before it reaches the stack. This prevents air or gas from flowing backward beyond the water seal. Seal section serve as a final knockout drum to separate liquid from the relief gases. In this section water or water/glycol mixture is used as a sealing fluid. Also, liquid seal section insulated with rock wool to prevent freezing in extreme field conditions.

Flare Stack İmalatını Tamamladık

TROYA Oil and Gas Engineering has recently manufactured Self Supported Flare Stack. Flare Stack will be used in TPAO Hazro Field.
Flare stack is manufactured for burning excess gas during land operations such as production and well testing gas disposal purposes. Flare Stack allows gas to be burned at a safe distance from the work area, protecting workers and the environment. Also, used in hazardous environments as H2S.
Flare Stack could be operated from safe distance (max. 10 meters) by a Mobile Control Skid which have a Control Panel for automatic pilot ignition system and a Propane Cylinder (45 kg) for pilot gas. Control Skid is connected to flare stack by flexible pipe and cable.
Automatic pilot ignition system consists of 1 ea pilot sparkling units and 1 ea control panel. Pilot gas controlled by solenoid valve and lit by an electric spark ignitor coil. The Control Panel has an ignition coil transformer, ignition timer, flame control unit and automatic alarm.

Nitrojen Jeneratör Paketi İmalatını Tamamladık

Hydrogen Sulfide in oil and water which is produced from the wells is captured in strippers by using nitrogen produced by generators. The air needed by nitrogen generators is provided by compressors, filtered, dried to required dew point with chemical driers and delivered to nitrogen generators. Nitrogen production is occurred in desired purity at nitrogen generators.

Manufactured nitrogen generator package can produce up to total 600 SCFM nitrogen. That produced nitrogen is stored in a vertical tank with a capacity of 14 m3 and design pressure of 12.75 barg which is CE certificated according to PED 2014/68/EU.

Equipment was assembled on skids and connection piping between compressors, filters, dryers, N2 generators, buffer tanks and receiver tanks were completed in workshop. In this way, the system can be start-up in a very short time in the field.

Doğal Gaz Nem Tutucu İmalatını Tamamladık

Desiccant dryer is used for separating water vapor from gas by using molecular sieves. It has a diameter of 914 mm and S – S Length of 2,500 mm.

The water level in the Dryer can be observed by level gauge.

Mechanical Calculation for Desiccant dryer is completed by using PV-Elite software and the dryer is designed as per ASME Section VIII Division I and API 12J.
