As TROYA Doğalgaz ve Petrol Mühendislik, we have completed the manufacturing of 3 sets of Well Testing Equipment, designed and manufactured to meet the operational needs of oil and gas exploration and production fields.
Mobile Flare Stack with 33 ft Hydraulic Lifting Unit
Designed for rapid field installation and high mobility, this mobile flare system ensures the safe flaring of gases released during well cleanup and testing operations.
- Mobile Unit & Lifting System: Featuring a height of 33 ft (approx. 10 meters), the Flare Stack can be quickly raised to operational position without the need for an external crane, with its integrated hydraulic lifting mechanism.
- Ignition & Safety: Equipped with safe automatic ignition and pilot control systems suited for hard field conditions.
125 BBL Capacity Condensate Tank
Manufactured for the safe storage and measurement of liquid hydrocarbons (condensate) separated during well testing operations.
- Capacity: 125 BBL (approx. 20 m³) storage capacity.
- Body Design: Heavy-duty steel construction suitable for rugged field environments, featuring an internal coating highly resistant to the corrosive effects of hydrocarbon fluids.
Air Compressor and Diaphragm Pump Skid Unit
Designed as a compact skid module to supply compressed air for pneumatic instruments at testing wells and to perform fluid transfer operations.
- Integrated Skid: The air compressor and air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump are mounted on a single modular steel frame.
- Safety:Due to the pneumatic diaphragm pump design, it provides safe fluid transfer in viscous, particulate, or explosive hazardous field environments (compliant with ATEX/Ex-proof standards).
4" Pipe Spool Lines and Transport Skid
Manufactured to provide gas and liquid interconnecting lines between the wellhead, manifold, test separator, FKOD (Flare Knockout Drum), and Flare stack line.
- Piping (Pipe Spool): 4-inch diameter steel pipe spools supplied in various lengths (4 m, 3 m, 2 m, 1 m).
- Quick Connection: Equipped with hammer union end connections (FIG 100) allowing rapid assembly and disassembly in the field.
- Custom Transport Skid: A specially sized steel transport skid designed to stack pipe spools neatly, prevent damage during transit, and ensure safe dispatch to the field site.
